Our client delivery happens through "frontend" and "backend" basis. We work with our clients and their senior teams through periodic frontend meetings at the client offices 2-4 days each month. This is supported by similar number of days through backend initiatives when we are operating from our offices etc. During the frontend meetings we conduct reviews, plan, coach the team members, handhold them, etc.

Typically most long term engagement involves 3-4 days of "frontend" engagement at client offices and 3-4 days of activities each month at the "backend" for data and MIS analysis, planning activities, designing solutions, their documentation, communication, direction to teams etc.

Yes. We are always available on phone and Whatsapp for discussions etc. for any issues that occur when we are not at client offices. If the client has any other tools we can use those too as required for operations monitoring.

For established businesses, our prices are calculated depending on the business objectives to be achieved, the period of engagement and our efforts involved to achieve the objectives.
